Before Your Visit

To ensure that you and others reap the full benefits
of the spa experience, please...

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early.  This allows you to enjoy a complimentary light snack prior to treatment.  Arriving late will not allow time for tea, and will lessen precious minutes of your spa service. 
  • Remember, your service will end on time so that the next client isn't delayed, regardless of how late you start.
  • Respect other guests.  The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so respect the other guests' right to privacy and quiet.
  • A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all spa services.  If notification is not received within this time requirement, you will be charged for your service(s). No refund will be given.  Please read full policy below.
  • In the case of a gift certificate, the value of the services will be deducted from the certificate. 
  • Gift Certificate must be presented at time of check in. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
  •  Discounts are not available on purchase or redemption of gift certificates.  Not to be combined with any other offers.
  • Gratuities are based on full value of services not promotional prices.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.  Please visit the website often to be updated on prices and any promotions.
  • VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
  • An individual must be at least 16 years old to receive massages and body treatments with parental consent.


  • Gratuities are payable in cash only.  Minimum gratuity suggested is $15 -$20 per hourly session and per therapist or 15% to 20%. 
  • If your treatment is longer a higher gratuity is recommended.  The same applies for couples treatments. 
  • A larger gratuity is suggested for promotions or specials because gratuity is based on the FULL VALUE of the serviceYour service quality or time is never shortened in any manner.

Cancellation, No-Show and Re-scheduling Policy

  • All treatments are by appointment only. Please keep in mind that a specific time is especially set aside for you in order to deliver the very best experience and our therapists arrange their schedules with your appointment in mind.
  • Your appointment will be automatically confirmed via text and/or email only when you provide your contact information upon booking.  We will also call you to confirm.
  • We request the same consideration and require our guests to give a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or re-scheduling.
  • Be advised that if you re-schedule or cancel after the 48 hour policy you will be charged 50% of the regular price for services.
  • Please note that should you cancel the same day you will be charged for the service.
  • In the event you do not contact us via phone to re-schedule or cancel your appointment  you will be charged 100% of the service price.  This is known as a NO-SHOW and the booking system will automatically flag your account.

Our policy fairly ensures therapists are compensated for their scheduled time.

What should I bring with me?

For your comfort and convenience we provide robes and slippers when you book services longer than 90 minutes.

If you have booked a Thai or Shiatsu massage, remember to wear loose-fitting clothes.  Thai and Shiatsu massage do not require undressing.

If you have booked a body scrub or body wrap, you may want to bring an extra pair of underwear in case the one size fits all underwear provided is not comfortable.
Gentlemen, please bring a pair of comfortable shorts.

Please remember to leave your jewelry at home.  We are not responsible for forgotten or lost jewelry.

How early should I arrive for my service?

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled service to allow yourself ample time to fill out the intake form, enjoy a light snack and change into a robe if applicable.

                         Should I alert someone if I have any physical restrictions?

Yes. Please notify us when making your appointment of any physical ailments, disabilities, allergies, pregnancy or if you have used Retin-A.


There are no showers, whirlpools, saunas or steam rooms available.
  Water warmers and fresh hot towels are used to remove products when applicable.

We are a bodywork, massage and spa body treatment facility only.  We do not offer hair or nail services.

Is child care available?

Since the spa experience is designed exclusively for adults, no children are allowed in the spa. 

However, if you should experience difficulty securing childcare, please contact the spa and ask if we would be able to accommodate you and your child with this situation. 

What is the tipping policy?

Always provide a gratuity for your therapist(s).
  Gratuities are due at the end of your service(s) at the reception desk where we provide gratuity envelopes. 

                                 Prices for services do not include gratuity

Minimum gratuity suggested is $13-$20 per session and per therapist for the first hour or 15% - 20%.  The same applies for couples treatments.  A
larger gratuity is a reflection of your satisfaction with your service and suggested for services over one hour. 

Higher gratuities are recommended in the case of discounted services or introductory specials and exceptional service.

To enjoy your service(s) please keep in mind that payment is due upon check in.  Gratuities are due upon the completion your service in order to enjoy the relaxation experience of your massage. 

Can I request a therapist?

Yes. If you have a preference, please notify us when making your reservation.


Because we value your feedback we have a suggestion box at the reception desk.  We appreciate all comments which will help us improve your experience here with us.


Euphoria Massage & Spa is a non-sexual establishment and a safe environment. 

suggestive, sexual innuendos, gestures or any other illegal behavior will not be tolerated.  In the event of this misconduct, the session will be terminated
immediately.  You will be charged the regular price of the service(s) and the customary service tax. 

Be advised we will alert all spas in the surrounding areas and you will be black-listed. 

A detailed police report of the incident will be filed and we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

I have provided all my known medical information.  The general benefits of massage, possible massage contraindications, and the treatment procedure have been explained to me.  I acknowledge that massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment and that it is recommended I see a physician for any physical ailments that I may have. 

I understand that the massage I will be receiving here is for the purpose of stress reduction, relief from muscular tension or spasm.  I also understand that this is a therapeutic treatment and any sexual remarks or advances will terminate the session immediately and I will be liable for payment of the scheduled treatment.

I acknowledge that the information I have provided on this form is correct and current to the best of my knowledge.  I understand it is my responsibility to inform the massage therapist of any changes to this information. 

I understand that if I experience any unusual discomfort and/or pain during my massage session it is my responsibility to inform the massage therapist so that they can adjust the pressure or technique being applied.


All written records and massage sessions are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any outside establishment, individuals, organizations or medical facilities without explicit written consent from you the client or the client's legal guardian.  Unless legally required by local, state or federal subpoena, summons or other court order.


I understand that my credit card will be charged only when I present it for payment and hereby give my authorization.  I also understand that my signature must match the signature on the back of my credit card.  If paying by check, I understand that I must provide a valid id such as a driver's license for verification purposes.  I also agree to pay the associated bank fee if my check is returned for insufficient funds.
